Samsung has decided to release a new Windows Mobile 6 Professional based smartphone in Korea. Priced at around $550, the Samsung SPH4650 Multi-Touch smartphone supports a 624MHz high performance Marvel PXA300 CPU and comes loaded with a 2.8 inch LCD TV Screen.
